I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with extensive experience working with individuals, too.
As an interactive, solution-focused therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I work with individuals dealing with trauma related to domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and child abuse.
With over 10 years of experience as a therapist, and as a graduate of the University of Rochester, I am currently serving as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Areas of expertise are trauma, domestic violence, depression, and anxiety.
My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I focus on guiding the client in making solutions in his/her life.
I look forward to making a difference in your life.
